Buy a recharge or prepaid card

Before buying a recharge or prepaid card on BirdPass, please be aware of our ordering and delivery procedure:

1. Account BirdPass

   I create my account BirdPass. I enter my email where I will receive the codes for my future orders.
   If I already have an account BirdPass, I just need to log in.

2. Credits

   Credits are used to pay my order.
   I add Credits to my account using the payment methods offered and at the pace I desire.
   I can replenish my Credit balance every day, 24/7.

3. Order

   I choose my product and I click on "Buy >".
   To do so, I browse through the categories and brands, then find the amount of the card I want to order.

4. Delivery

   The code for my ordered card appears on the confirmation page*.
   My card is delivered instantly* by email 24/7. It will remain displayed on the page My orders of my BirdPass account.
   So, I can find my card code in my email inbox and on my BirdPass account.

   During the first delivery, it's possible that the email arrives in your "Junk mail" or "SPAM" folder. To avoid this, don't forget to check emails received in this folder and add our sender's email address to the list of authorized senders.
